Myth 4: Eating eggs every day is bad for health

Myth 5: Eggs during pregnancy should be avoided as it may be an allergen to the baby

Myth 6: Eggs are high in fat
The research had proved that the eggs have lower saturated fat which is about an average of just 1.7 grams in an egg. The eggs contain good cholesterol content which lowers the risk of cardiovascular disease.
