There are simple methods to identify the internal state of the eggs with a simple law of physics. This method can be useful to check whether the egg is hard-boiled or soft-boiled to ensure it before serving in the meal.

A simple experiment to check the egg’s internal state can be done easily. Place the egg on its side on a smooth surface and spin it gently. A hard-boiled egg will be spin smoothly as it is a solid and a raw egg will wobble as it has a liquid inside.

You can double check by spinning the egg and stop its rotation with your fingertip. When stopped, a hard-boiled egg can be stopped immediately when you lift your finger from it. But a soft-boiled or raw egg rotates again slowly after lifting up the finger too.

Check Hard-boiled and Soft-boiled egg without cracking:
A hard-boiled and soft-boiled egg cannot be checked without cracking it. But it can be minded at the cooking time with the desired consistency. Allow the egg to cook for four to six minutes for a soft-boiled egg whereas for a hard-boiled egg, allow to cook for 13 minutes.

A trick to find the difference between those eggs can be done while cooking. Remove the egg from boiling water and check it with a slotted spoon. A hard-boiled egg can be dried in 10 seconds which contains greater residual heat. But a soft-boiled egg stays wet up to 20 seconds.

Thus, eggs can be cooked and consumed in a desirable way to maintain a healthy rich diet. Hard-boiled eggs can be spoiled more quickly than raw eggs, so use them quickly.
