The egg yolk has 213 mg of cholesterol which is completely not present in the egg white. It has no cholesterol so people need not worry about the weight gain.

An egg white has noo fat absolutely when compared with egg yolk. Excess consumption of fats can lead to a risk of high cholesterol. High protein foods like dairy products contain high amounts of saturated fat. But egg white protein has no fat and it can reduce the risk of heart diseases.

Egg Whites are rich in Riboflavin which is known as Vitamin B2. About 62% of Egg’s Riboflavin is present in the white portion of the egg. These Riboflavin works as an antioxidant to break the harmful free radicals and also boost the metabolism of the body.

One Egg White has 54mg of Potassium which is needed for the bone and heart health. It also improves the overall functionality of organs in the body.
